Imran Khan, who has been away from movies for almost 8 years, is now gearing up to make his acting comeback. Though he already confirmed that he would be back at the movies via social media, recently he responded to an impatient fan who directly asked the timeline of his comeback. He also reacted to a fan who wanted to see BTS pictures and videos of his ongoing shoots.
Since his comeback, the Jaane Tu…Ya Jaane Na actor has been sharing interesting anecdotes about his movies. In the latest post, he revisited Once Upon A Time In Mumbai Dobaara shooting days with a series of unseen BTS pictures. He also revealed that he took cues from Anil Kapoor (Mashaal) and Jackie Shroff (Baap Numbri Beta Dus Numbri) in their 80s glory for his look in the film. He also expressed affection for his co-stars Akshay Kumar and Sonakshi Sinha in the post. Soon after his post went online, fans spammed the comment section with questions about his comeback.
A fan wrote, “Dude, just say when you coming back.” Reacting to which Imran said, “Working on it dude, these things take some time!” Another fan commented, “Now I really cant wait to see which film you are upto for your comeback. I wanna see latest wale bts pics and videos throwbacks are great but more excited to see present bts too can you post something about what you are shooting or gonna shoot.” In response, Imran said, “I promise, the moment I can officially tell you anything, I will.”
Meanwhile, Imran is ready to be back in action with a new acting project. As per reports, he will mark his comeback with an OTT project which is touted to be an espionage thriller. He will be seen as an intelligence officer. For those unaware, Imran has worked in several movies like Luck, Gori Tere Pyaar Mein, Mere Brother Ki Dulhan, Delhi Belly, I Hate Luv Story, and Break Ke Baad among others in the career span of seven years in Bollywood.
