The 57-year-old actor said that there is still time and marriage will take place which would be his first and last.
The million-dollar question-‘When Salman Khan going to get married’ has finally been answered by the actor himself. In a recent interview, the 57-year-old actor opened up about his wedding plans and said that there is still time and marriage will take place which would be his first and last. Not only this, he revealed that he had plans to become a father, but because of the laws in India, he was unable to.
In his recent appearance on Aap Ki Adalat, Salman was asked why isn’t he married yet, to which he replied, “Jab Uper Walah chahega, Sir (When God Almighty wills so). Two individuals are needed for marriage. In the first case, the marriage did not happen. When I said yes, somebody said, no. When somebody said yes, I said no. Now there is 'no' from both sides. When both sides say 'yes', the marriage will take place. There's still time. I am 57. I want this time it should be the first and last. Matlab ek biwi honi chahiye (There should be a wife)."
There is no secret that Salman adores kids. He often shares pictures and videos with his brothers' and sisters’ children on social media. He revealed that he once had plans for a child “Abhi kya bolu woh toh plan tha. Plan tha. Bahu ka nahi tha, baccha ke tha. Lekin ab woh law ke hisaab se woh toh Hindustan mein ho nahi sakta. Toh ab dekhenge kya kare (What to say, that was the plan. It wasn't for a daughter-in-law, it was for a child. But according to the Indian laws, it's not possible. Now we'll see what to do)." When prodded further about how many children he wanted, he added, "Many. If I have one, and another after 5-6 years, I can play with them for 20-25 years. This is called dedication, consistency, persistence."
The Bajrangi Bhaijaan actor has been in a number of relationships but he never revealed the name of his girlfriends. It is speculated that he dated Sangeeta Bijlani, Somy Ali, Aishwarya Rai, and Katrina Kaif to name a few. Talking about it, he blamed himself for his failed relationships. “All my previous girlfriends were good, the fault lies in me. None of them had any fault. It is only my fault. Probably a kind of fear in their mind that I may not be able to give them happiness in life. I am sure they are all happy wherever they are."
Meanwhile, Salman was last seen in Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan directed by Farhad Samji. The film has so far amassed Rs 95.80 crore at the box office. He will next be seen in Maneesh Sharma’s Tiger 3 alongside Katrina and Emraan Hashmi.
