The witty Twinkle Khanna has THIS to say about her Barsaat co-star Bobby Deol

    Twinkle Khanna and Bobby Deol starred in the 1995 film Barsaat. Sharing stills from the film on her social media, Twinkle Khanna recently penned a note for her co-star, saying that she is thrilled to see him "doing so well."

    Twinkle shared a couple of 'then versus now' pictures with Bobby and captioned it, “Kal and Aaj Kal. It’s not just Pinky Masi who is a @iambobbydeol fan, I am as thrilled to see him doing so well. Nostalgia has a sweet aftertaste, and it was fun catching up and waving out at renditions of who we once used to be. What makes you nostalgic and why? Let me know in the comments below.”

    The first picture features Twinkle and Bobby from a recent outing, which is followed by a photoshoot that Twinkle and Bobby probably did for their 1995 film Barsaat. The third picture is a poster for Barsaat.

    Twinkle and Bobby’s friends and fans instantly reacted to the pictures. Actress Tillotama Shome wrote, “Aww .. cuties both!,” while Huma Qureshi commented with multiple red heart emojis. “Sweet…nostalgia is so sweet,” added another.

    Barsaat is a 1995 film directed by Rajkumar Santoshi. Starring Twinkle and Bobby, the film is the tale of a rural boy named Badal (Bobby) who falls in love with a rich girl named Tina (Twinkle).

    Twinkle was last seen in the 2001 film Love Ke Liye Kuch Bhi Karega. After quitting acting, she made a name for herself as an author and columnist.

    Bobby, on the other hand, is currently one of the leading actors in Bollywood and became the centre of attention after playing Abrar in Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s 2023 film Animal.

    It is said that the actor is in talks with Priyadarshan about playing the antagonist in his film with Saif Ali Khan. The actor has a couple of South Indian films as well in his kitty, including Suriya's Kanguva and Hari Hara Veera Mallu.
