Karan Johar-backed reality series The Tribe is one of the anticipated shows of the year. Based on the life of Indian-origin social media influencers - Alanna Panday, Alaviaa Jaaferi, Srushti Porey, Aryaana Gandhi, and Alfia Jafry - living in Los Angeles, the series is all set to release on Amazon Prime Video on October 4. The makers of The Tribe recently released the trailer of the series, offering a glimpse of the chaos that is soon going to unfold on your screens.

The makers of The Tribe released the trailer of the series on social media. The trailer begins with the cast of the series meeting in LA and introducing themselves. Alanna Panday is titled as ‘The Boss Babe’ and hopes of starting an agency to bring Indian social media influencers to the US. In a snippet, she is seen saying that they live in a ‘Bollywood Bubble’ but there is so much out there in the world.

Alaviaa Jaaferi describes herself as someone who comes from a filmy background. Her father Javed and brother Meezaan Jaaferi, are both actors. In a snippet, she says that the industry was too toxic for her. Srushti Porey is described as ‘The Hot Mess’ who says that she often comes across as a 'bimbo'. Aryaana Gandhi is ‘Miss Pitch Perfect’ who has ‘horns’ for people who are important to her. Alfia Jafry is ‘The Drama Queen’ of The Tribe.

The series brings together all these social media influencers and makes them live together while creating content. What challenges these ladies face while living together is something that is worth waiting for.

Backed by Karan Johar, Apoorva Mehta and Aneesha Baig, The Tribe chronicles the journey of five young, glamourous, and affluent content creators, Alanna Panday, Alaviaa Jaaferi, Srushti Porey, Aryaana Gandhi, and Alfia Jafry, along with the host, Hardik Zaveri. The series will release on Amazon Prime Video on October 4.
