The Tribe release: Alanna Panday, Alaviaa Jaaferi's reality series backed by Karan Johar to premiere on THIS date

Dharmatic Entertainment produced The Tribe is one of the highly anticipated web series of the year. Revolving around the life of Indian-origin social media influencers in the United States, the series features centers around the lives of Alanna Panday, Srushti Porey, Alaviaa Jaaferi, Aryaana Gandhi, Afia Jafry and Hardik Zaveri. Now, the makers of The Tribe have unveiled the release date of the series on social media.

The Tribe to release on THIS date

The makers of The Tribe shared a new poster and announced the release date. The caption read, “They say dare to dream BIG! And this TRIBE did just that. #TheTribeOnPrime, New Series, Oct 4.”

The poster image features social media influencers Alanna Panday, Srushti Porey, Alaviaa Jaaferi, Aryaana Gandhi, Afia Jafry, and Hardik Zaveri standing inside a pool. The backdrop features palm trees and high-rise buildings.

Ananya Panday’s mother Bhavana Panday reacted to the post with multiple red heart emojis. For those unaware, Alanna is the first cousin of actress Ananya Panday. She is the daughter of Aloke Panday, brother of actor Chunky Panday.

Alaviaa Jaaferi, on the other hand, is the daughter of Bollywood actor Javed Jaaferi and sister of actor Meezaan Jaaferi. Alfia, however, is the daughter of Indian filmmaker Rumi Jaffery. Aryaana is an Indian-born musician who relocated from Mumbai and lives in Los Angeles. Hardik is the founder of the movement called CollabTribe.

Earlier, sharing the poster of The Tibe on social media, Amazon Prime Video described the show as, “Young, unafraid and chasing an epic dream, The Tribe are a group of Indian influencers who have been set up to crack global fame in....Los Angeles! Are they ambitious or asking for trouble?”

Helmed by Omkar Potdar, the series revolves around the life of Indian-origin social media influencers based in the United States of America. Backed by Karan Johar, Apoorva Mehta, and Aneesha Baig under Dharmatic Entertainment, the nine-episode series will premiere on Amazon Prime Video on October 4.
