    Vikrant Massey, Raashii Khanna, and Ridhi Dogra starrer The Sabarmati Report has earned praise from critics and audiences alike. The film was released in theatres on November 15. Amid being loved by the audience, the film is now appreciated by the Prime Minister of India, Narendra Modi. On November 17, PM Modi praised the film that brings out the reality behind the Godhra attack. Reacting to his words of appreciation, actor Vikrant Massey penned a thank you note on Instagram.

    Taking to Instagram, Vikrant shared a picture of a tweet made by Prime Minister of India, Narendra Modi appreciating his recently released film, The Sabarmati Report. In the screenshot, the PM has reshared a tweet made by an X user named Alok Bhatt who called The Sabarmati Report a must-watch. Reacting to his comments, the PM wrote, “Well said. It is good that this truth is coming out, and that too in a way common people can see it. A fake narrative can persist only for a limited period of time. Eventually, the facts will always come out!”

    Along with the picture, Vikrant originally wrote in Hindi which translates to, “Respected Prime Minister, thank you very much for your positive words on #TheSabarmatiReport, they have boosted our morale.”

    He added, “Your appreciation at #TheSabarmatiReport proves that we are in the right direction. Thank you for your love and support! History is the witness, whether it is a country or human, it takes care of it only after falling. No matter how long the period of lies is, the truth changes it.”

    Helmed by Dheeraj Sarna, The Sabarmati Report starring Vikrant Massey, Raashii Khanna, and Ridhi Dogra hit the theatres on November 15. The film is based on real-life events narrating the investigation conducted by two journalists behind the Godhra attack. The film is backed by Balaji Motion Pictures; Vikir Films Production Vipin Agnihotri Films and is written by Arjun Bhandegaonkar, Avinash Singh Tomar, and Vipin Agnihotri.
