The Great Indian Kapil Show: Watch Sania Mirza, Saina Nehwal, Mary Kom and Sift Kaur Samra LOL in the latest promo

Sania Mirza, Saina Nehwal, Mary Kom and Sift Kaur Samra will be seen in the next episode of Kapil Sharma’s Netflix comedy show, The Great Indian Kapil Show. The makers revealed this through a promo of the latest episode, in which we get to see all the fun and madness that is set to unfold on the show.

Indian athletes on The Great Indian Kapil Show

The promo of the latest episode begins with Sunil Grover saying, “Oh God! Char char heroine aayi hui hain (Oh Gog!! 4 heroines have come today),” to which Kapil replies, “Heroine thodi hain, ye toh sports see hain (These are not heroines, they are from sports),” to which Sunil replies, “Ye desh ki heroine hain (These are the nation's heroines),” which results in a lot of applause from the audience. The clip then shows Kapil introducing Sania Mirza, Saina Nehwal, Mary Kom and Sift Kaur Samra to the audience. He then asks Mary Kom to mark her first appearance on the show by punching every character on stage.

In one of the snippets, tennis ace Sania Mirza is seen playing a mother-in-law who serves tea to Kapil Sharma. The women also indulge in a hula-hoop competition, play badminton with Krushna on the stage and engage in other fun activities.

At the end of the promo, Kapil reminds the audience that Shah Rukh Khan had once said that if a biopic is made on Sania Mirza, he would like to play her love interest in the movie. To this, Sania says, “Abhi mujhe love interest dhundhna hai (I am yet to find my own love interest).”

The caption of the promo reads, “Iss hafte, laughter ke saath karlo game mode on, kyunki India ki incredible sportswomen aa rahi hai.”

Apart from Kapil Sharma, The Great Indian Kapil Show also stars Sunil Grover, Krushna Abhishek, and Kiku Sharda. The comedy show premiered on Netflix on March 30. The last episode featured Bollywood director and choreographer Farah Khan, along with actor Anil Kapoor.
