'That was such an insult': Akshay Kumar tries to get wife Twinkle Khanna's autograph during book launch, netizens react

Twinkle Khanna recently launched her book ‘Welcome to Paradise’ and her husband Akshay Kumar, and mother Dimple Kapadia came to support her. Several videos and pictures from the launch have been doing rounds on the internet. One of the videos caught major attention wherein Akshay could be seen stepping forward to take an autograph from his wife. Dressed in an all-black ensemble, Akshay carries her book and approaches Twinkle, who is sitting on a chair. He puts her book on the table asking for her signature, to which Twinkle replies, “You are doing this for pictures,” and Akshay smiles and turns back. Watch the video here”

As soon as the video surfaced, netizens reacted differently to the entire incident. A user wrote, “Twinkle be like:: Ghar ke bahar aate hai Acting shuru hojati hai inki... Samne se hattoo….” The second user reacted, “Hadd h bechara pati.” The third user said, “From all the videos I have seen, it seems he loves her more than she does him. She is always so Blaśe with him.” The fourth user said, “That was such an insult….” “I think she bully him,” added another user.

In another video, Akshay could be seen bonding with Dimple Kapadia, hugging and chatting with her. The son-in-law and mother-in-law stole the spotlight with their sweet banter. Jackie Shroff also joined them at the event. Meanwhile, Twinkle announced her new book last month. Taking to Instagram, she shared the cover of the book and wrote, “Welcome to Paradise, my 4th book, is a collection of stories that explore the depths of heartbreak, relationships, and deception. Some of these characters have lived inside my head for the last five years, and now they are ready to meet all of you:)”

Meanwhile, Akshay was last seen in Mission Raniganj alongside Parineeti Chopra. Up next, he will be seen in Bade Miyan Chote Miyan co-starring Tiger Shroff. He also has Singham Again, Welcome To The Jungle, SkyForce and Soorarai Pottru remake among others.
