The trailer opens with Abishek Kumar’s character, Siddharth S., telling his friend that he has been posted to a remote village as a secretary, with a salary of 'just' twenty thousand rupees. The quirky glimpse then showcases Siddharth navigating the challenges of rural life while dealing with problems involving the village chairman and his wife. Siddharth, who is tired of the lack of company or fun, is reluctant to stay. However, when he tries to leave the village, the villagers don’t allow him to quit. The trailer then features a series of comical events that lead to the crux of the story.

The Tamil remake is based entirely on the hit Hindi web series Panchayat, which went on to become one of the most loved series in the OTT space. Whether stand-up-comedian-turned-actor Abishek Kumar’s debut will exceed audience expectations remains to be seen.
