Taaza Khabar season 2, starring Bhuvan Bam, Shriya Pilgaonkar, and Javed Jaaferi, among others released on Disney+ Hotstar on September 27. Speaking about the acting talents of actor Bhuvan Bam, one X (formerly known as Twitter) user wrote that Taaza Khabar is a brilliant project made by Bhuvan. The user added that Bhuvan acts very well, compared to other actors in Bollywood and said that the audience would love to see more of him in theatres.

One social media user appreciated the dialogues and scenes of the drama series and called Taaza Khabar a ‘vardaan (boon)’ for its audience.

Another user pointed out the incredible dialogues written by Abbas Dalal and Hussain Dalal in Taaza Khabar season 2 and wrote, “In a scene from Taaza Khabar season 2, a character says 'Gareeb ka naseeb bhi gareeb hota hai (The poor have poor fortunes)'. The dialogues in the second season of Taaza Khabar are poetic."

One user wrote that the second season is a big improvement, compared to the first season. The user said that in Taaza Khabar season 2, the story is well-connected, featuring some exciting twists. “Though some dialogues don’t fully hit, and the ending felt a bit low, but it doesn’t take much away from the overall experience,” the user concluded.
