Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah: Did Dilip Joshi hold Asit Modi’s collar during a heated fight on set? Details inside

Even though the serial Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah happens to be one of the most loved shows on Indian television and also one of the longest running ones, there have been many not so right reasons about the show, which has made it the talking point since the last few months.

The latest buzz about the show Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah is that, the show’s leading man Dilip Joshi had got into an argument with the show’s maker Asit Modi, as per a source-based news report in News 18.

The said article stated that Dilip Joshi had gone to meet Asit Modi on the sets of the show Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah. And when they met, Dilip Joshi had reportedly told Asit Modi that he wanted a few days off.

But it seems that (as per the report), Asit Modi went on to avoid the said conversation. This then offended Dilip Joshi so much that he almost had a physical argument with him. The source-based report stated that, while it was the ‘last day of Kush Shah’s shoot, Dilip Joshi had been waiting for Asit Modi to come so that he could talk to him about his leaves.

The same report added that, when Asit Modi came he, rather than meeting Dilip Joshi, directly went to meet Kush, which disappointed the latter very much. This was the reason for Dilip Joshi to reportedly lose his temper and which led the two men to get into a heated argument.

It’s also being said that, Dilip Joshi even (reportedly) held Asit Modi’s collar and threatened to leave the show, but it was the latter who had calmed down the former. It's also being reported that this is not the first time that the two have got into an argument, as there was a buzz about them fighting even during the Hong Kong trip shoot of the show, which was then sorted out by Gurucharan Singh Sodhi.

For the unversed, there have been many actors who have left the show. These actors include Bhavya Gandhi, Gurucharan Singh, Jennifer Mistry, Disha Vakani and Raj Anadkat.
