After spending almost two decades in Bollywood, Priyanka Chopra took the internet by storm with her shocking reason behind moving to Hollywood. She said filmmakers were not casting her and she was pushed into a corner in the Indian film industry during the conversation on Armchair Expert podcast. Following her revelation, several industry people including Kangana Ranaut , Vivek Agnihotri, Meera Chopra, and others expressed their views on Twitter. Most recently Amaal Malik dropped truth bombs about ‘campism and powerplay’ in the film industry. Well, Twitterati has triggered a debate on the matter and also hailed Priyanka’s hard work and achievements despite it.

She talked about how her dusky skin was lightened up in Hindi movies and she caught up in a ‘damaging’ fairness cream ad in the past. She also reacted to the striking age gap between her and her singer-husband Nick Jonas . Meanwhile, on the work front, the actress will soon start shooting for her Bollywood movie, Jee Le Zaraa with Katrina Kaif and Alia Bhatt.
