Stree 2 Box Office collection day 37: Shraddha Kapoor, Rajkummar Rao's film triples the collection due to THIS reason!

There is absolutely no stopping now the Shraddha Kapoor and Rajkummar Rao starrer Stree 2. Right from the time it has been released in theatres till today, the film is showing no signs of slowing down… even a bit! Even though the film has touched its 37thday after being released, the film’s collection at the box office is giving (read ‘continues to give’) a marathon run for many other films at the box office.

Speaking about the film’s 39th day, it has managed to earn Rs. 1.65 crores, as per the most reliable industry tracker Sacnilk. And guess what! The earnings of the film’s 39th day (which is Rs. 1.65 crores) is three times more than what the film had earned on its previous two days, which is day 36 and also day 37.

There is one main reason for this massive jump. And the reason is none other than yesterday was National Cinema Day, wherein every cinema ticket was priced at Rs. 99. All thanks to this day, there were many movie patrons who went to see the film in groups and for all those who had not seen it also made it a point to utilize this occasion to see Shraddha Kapoor and Rajkummar Rao's film.

Besides this, there is also yet another reason and occasion for the film to see a spike in the box office collection. And the ‘occasion’ is two days of weekend. These two days are also expected to contribute in a big way towards the box office collections of the film, which has created wonders at the box office.

As for the film Stree 2, besides starring Shraddha Kapoor and Rajkummar Rao, it also stars the veteran actor Pankaj Tripathi, Abhishek Banerjee and Aparshakti Khurana. The film has been directed by Amar Kaushik and has been produced by Dinesh Vijan and Jyoti Deshpande. Going by the looks of it, the film is now seemingly all set to touch the magical mark of Rs. 600 crores now!
