'SRK is the cinema God' : Kangana Ranaut bows down to Shah Rukh Khan after Jawan's humongous success
Kangana Ranaut heaps words of praises for Shah Rukh Khan after Jawan's success.
Kangana Ranaut and a still from Jawan
The Jawan era has officially begun and how! From the critics hailing it as a mass entertainer to the movie creating a storm at the box office, the Shah Rukh Khan starrer is booming everywhere. Amidst this, actress Kangana Ranaut has taken to her social media handle to praise Shah Rukh and the entire team of Jawan. She penned a heartfelt note reflecting on the superstar’s entire journey and also the lows that came in between.
Talking about the same, Kangana Ranaut shared a poster of Jawan on her Instagram story and captioned it stating, “From being the ultimate lover boy of the nineties to a decade long struggle again to reinvent his connection with his audience to his late forties to mid fifties and ultimately rising as the quintessential Indian mass super hero at the age of 60 (almost) Is nothing short of super heroic even in real life. I remember the time when people wrote him off and mocked his choices but his struggle is a master class for all artists enjoying long careers but must reinvent and reestablish.” Take a look at her post.
Furthermore, the Tanu Weds Manu Returns actress went on to call Shah Rukh Khan a cinema God adding, “SRK is the cinema God that cinema needs not just for his hugs or dimples but for some serious world saving as well. (smile face emoticons) Bowing down to your perseverance, hard work and humility King Khan. @iamsrk.”
Jawan has massed a historic Rs 75 crore opening at the box office and has collected more than Rs 150 crore worldwide. Desimartini’s review of Jawan read, “Jawan has consolidated Shah Rukh Khan’s era officially. If you thought Pathaan gave you all the thrill with his performance and magnanimous screen presence, wait till you experience this movie. The varied macabre looks coupled with the double fury that the superstar brings into the film is unparalleled. Shah Rukh as Azad might give you goosebumps but Shah Rukh Khan as Vikram will leave you exhilarated till the end. Jawan will be like a festival for every die-hard Shah Rukh Khan fan out there.”
