As announced earlier, Nazriya Nazim and Basil Joseph are set to star in their upcoming film Sookshma Darshini. The film also marks Nazriya’s return to Mollywood after a 4-year hiatus. Now, the makers have announced that the shooting of the film has been completed. Sharing this exciting update, they also released a fun BTS (Behind the Scenes) video from the film.

Directed by MC Jithin, who made his directorial debut with Nonsense (2018), the upcoming film is headlined by Basil Joseph and Nazriya Nazim. Earlier, the makers released a cartoon-like poster from the film, featuring the enlarged eyes of the lead stars peering through a magnifying glass. Although the plotline has been kept under wraps, fans are intrigued and excited to see the fresh pair's chemistry on screen. Based on the BTS video, the duo promises to deliver a lot of comedy and entertainment, ensuring a fun-filled drama with their upcoming film.

Besides Basil and Nazriya, Sookshma Darshini also features Deepak Parambol, Siddharth Bharathan, Merrin Philp, Akhila Bhargavan, Pooja Mohanraj, Kottayam Ramesh, Gopan Mangat, Manohari Joy, Rini Udayakumar, Jaya Kurup, Aparna Ram, Abhiram Poduval, and Mirza Fathia in key roles.
On the technical front, the screenplay is jointly written by director Jithin, Athul Ramachandran, and Libin TB. Sharan Velayudhan is handling the cinematography, while Chaman Chacko is in charge of editing. Christo Xavier is composing the original background score and soundtracks for the film. The film is produced by Sameer Thahir, Shyju Khalid, and A V Anoop under the banners of Happy Hours Entertainments and AVA Productions.
