Sonam Kapoor’s luxury Mumbai house sold for a hefty amount; know about the new owner

Bollywood actor Sonam Kapoor has sold her Mumbai home for a hefty amount. Sonam’s home was located in Mumbai’s business district Bandra-Kurla Complex (BKC) and was sold to a Delhi-based company SMF Infrastructure for a whopping Rs 32.50 crore, according to media reports. The Neerja actor is currently based out of London where she lives with her businessman husband Anand Ahuja and recently born son Vayu.

Sonam purchased the luxurious apartment which is over 4,500 sq feet in carpet area way back in 2015. Sonam, the daughter of Bollywood actor Anil Kapoor , had bought the area in the super-premium residential project Signature Island. The reports also stated that the new owner will get a parking area for four cars along with the flat.

Meanwhile, Sonam delivered her first child Vayu Kapoor Ahuja on August 20, 2022. Sonam and Anand had dated each other for some time before tying the knot in May 2018. She recently shared an adorable photo of her husband and son basking in the sun. “My two Leos. My whole(universe picture). Last year was so special for us. A late wish to everyone but a very happy new year. Life is just getting better everyday. Thank you god, universe. I’m forever grateful for my life and for everything that has been given to me. Everyday is truly phenomenal,” Sonam wrote. To which Anand replied, “Sweeeeetest. Best role model & inspiration for our little Vayu. You amaze me everyday @sonamkapoor.” The couple welcomed 2023 along with their son Vayu in Dehradun.

Saawariya (2007), I Hate Luv Storys (2010), Raanjhanaa, Bhaag Milkha Bhaag (2013), Sanju (2018), and Prem Ratan Dhan Payo (2015) are few movies in which Sonam Kapoor has acted. The 37-year-old Sonam will next feature in the crime thriller Blind.
