The actor revealed that when the film’s release date was first locked for Diwali, he remembered how army personnel sacrificed their lives so that we, the common people, can peacefully enjoy our festivals with our families. He said, “When the Amaran team locked the film's release for Diwali, the first thought that came to my mind was that while we celebrate the festival of lights, there are people at our borders who are watchful, fighting for our safety, and even, unfortunately, losing their lives at times.”

The actor revealed that this film is not all about war but narrates the raw phases of a soldier.
