Singham Trailer Launch: Ranveer Singh says Rohit Shetty's directorial will mark debut of 'baby Singham'; reveals reason behind Deepika Padukone's absence

The most eagerly awaited trailer of Singham Again has now been launched. The trailer stars a wholesome presence of the film’s leading stars. Ranveer Singh, who happens to be one of the film’s leading men, spoke about his wife Deepika Padukone and the reason why she was absent from the trailer.

Addressing to a jam-packed audience, the livewire Ranveer Singh said, “Deepika toh baby ke saath busy hai. Is liye who aa nahi paayi. Meri duty night ko hai… toh main aa gaya. Itne saare stars hai Singham Again mein ki, main aapko ye bhi bata doon ki yeh meri baby ka debut hai baby Simmba. Deepika pregnant this shooting ke time pe. Toh, Lady Singham, Simmba aur babay Simbba ke tarf se aap sabko advance mein happy Diwali. Trailer enjoy karein Diwali manaayein. Bas… aapka pyaar aur duaaen chaahhiye., Ganpati Bappa Morya”

Deepika is busy with the baby and that’s why she was not able to come (for the trailer launch of Singham Again). My duty is that of night duty and that is why I was able to come for the trailer launch. In the presence of so many stars in the film Singham Again, let me tell you that, this film (Singham Again) also happens to be the debut film of my baby Simmba.

He reasoned that stating that, his wife Deepika (Padukone) was pregnant during the shooting of the film. He added that, on behalf of Lady Singham (while referring to Deepika Padukone), Simmba (referring to himself and his film by the same name) aur baby Simmba (referring to his new born baby), he wished everyone a very Happy Diwali (in advance).

He also told everyone to enjoy the film’s trailer and enjoy Diwali. He also requested everyone that he needs the wishes and prayers and blessings of everyone for himself, his baby and Deepika Padukone. As for the film Singham Again, it stars Ajay Devgn, Ranveer Singh, Akshay Kumar and also Arjun Kapoor. The film also stars Kareena Kapoor, Deepika Padukone and others.

Just a few days back, there was Ajay Devgn who had taken to social media and had shared a teaser of sorts of Singham Again. He captioned the post as, ‘Tyohaar toh parivaar ke saath hi manaya jaata hai…milte hai iss Diwali #SinghamAgain’.

As for the film Singham Again, while it is being directed by Rohit Shetty, it has been produced by Rohit Shetty, Ajay Devgn and Jyoti Deshpande. The film is all set to be released this Diwali.
