Singham Again title track: Ajay Devgn’s energetic song embodies the spirit of Singham | Watch

This Diwali is going to be grand as Ajay Devgn returns to the silver screen as Bajirao Singham in Rohit Shetty’s Singham Again. The film with an ensemble cast, including Deepika Padukone, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Arjun Kapoor, and Tiger Shroff, among others, has already created waves of excitement among the audience. Adding to the buzz, the makers of Singham Again have now released the title track of the film.

The makers of Singham Again released the title track of the film on social media on October 26. The song is an electrifying mix of powerful lyrics and energetic beats. The title track of Singham Again, sung by Santhosh Venky, embodies the spirit of Singham. The song is composed by Ravi Basrur with lyrics penned by Swanand Kirkire.

The song features a montage of multiple entry scenes and fight sequences of the ensemble cast, led by Ajay Devgn.

The song begins with a shot of Bajirao Singham overlooking the snowy mountains. The clip is followed by a slow-motion shot of actress Deepika Padukone doing the Singham hand step.  In between the song, a voiceover asks, “Aapne police officer banane ka hi kyu socha (Why did you decide to become a police officer).” Singham replies, “Wo kya hai na madame sitare aasman mein acche lagte hai. Ya fir shero ke kandho par (Because stars look good in the sky or on the shoulders of a Tiger),” even as the introductory clips of Tiger Shroff and Ranveer Singh are portrayed on the screen.

The song also shows a glimpse of Arjun Kapoor's blood-soaked smiling face. Further clips showcase the entry of Akshay Kumar in a chopper and fight sequences of Tiger Shroff. The song ends with Singham firing shots, while standing amid the mountains.

Singham Again release date and plot

Directed by Rohit Shetty, Singham Again will make its world premiere on November 1. The much-awaited cop action film also stars Ranveer Singh, Akshay Kumar and Jackie Shroff. The film is produced by Ajay Devgn, Jyoti Deshpande and Rohit Shetty.

Singham Again draws parallels with the epic of Ramayana with Bajirao Singham rescuing his wife from the clutches of the evil villain, played by Arjun Kapoor. The action film is set to clash with Kartik Aaryan's horror comedy Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 at the box office.
