Singham Again Jai Bajrangbali track: Ajay Devgn, Ranveer Singh’s energetic song too draws parallels with Ramayana

The fans are eagerly awaiting the release of Ajay Devgn-starrer Singham Again which is set to release on November 1 in theatres. The film also stars Ranveer Singh, Deepika Padukone, Tiger Shroff, and Arjun Kapoor, among others. Adding more buzz to the film, the makers of Singham Again have released the film’s first song on social media, titled Jai Bajrangbali, which is sure to evoke the spirit of Lord Hanuman in the hearts of the viewers.

The song begins with Singham (Ajay Devgn) saying, “Google mein Bajirao Singham type kar le pata chal jayega tera baap cheez kya hain. Jisse nafrat karta hai or jisse pyar karta hai uske liye kahi bhi ja sakta hain.” The scene is followed by an event that is centered around celebrating Lord Hanuman. There, actor Ranveer Singh enters as Simmba.

This is followed by various clips from the film including the introduction of Tiger Shroff’s character, Akshay Kumar making an entry in a helicopter, to Ajay Devgn investigating the case in the snowy mountains.

At the Lord Hanuman celebration event, Simmba takes hold of a ‘gada’ and beats the criminals around him. His scenes are complemented with stunning visuals of Lord Hanuman beating his enemies with a gada, drawing a parallel between Simmba and Lord Hanuman.

Later, both Bajirao Singham and Simmba stand in front of Lord Hanuman’s gigantic statue with folded hands. Further visuals hint at the possible storyline of the film where Bajirao, acting as Ram will go on an expedition and is accompanied by Tiger Shroff’s character, who helps him as Lakshaman.

In one scene, featuring a colourful background, Simmba touches the feet of Singham and the scene is paired with the visuals of Lord Hanuman touching the feet of Lord Ram.  The trailer of the film revealed that the plotline of the film draws a parallel with the epic of Ramayana. The song further confirms this.

The song Jai Bajrangbali is sung by Srikrishna, Kareemullah, Arun Koundinya, while it is composed by Thaman S and penned by Swanand Kirkire.
