Singham Again: Ajay Devgn, Rohit Shetty, and Ranveer Singh tease fans with new video; unveil trailer release date

Ajay Devgn’s Singham Again is one of the highly anticipated films of this year. The film stars an ensemble cast including Akshay Kumar, Deepika Padukone, Ranveer Singh, Tiger Shroff, Kareena Kapoor Khan, and Arjun Kapoor among others. Adding more buzz, the team of Singham Again dropped a video featuring glimpses of all the films of Rohit Shetty's cop universe- Singham, Singham Returns, Simmba, Sooryavanshi and unveiled the trailer release date of Singham Again.

'Milte hai iss Diwali'

The excitement around Singham Again is sky-high. The audience is eagerly waiting to watch biggies coming together for a thrilling ride. On Sunday, October 6, Ajay took to social media and teased fans ahead of the trailer launch of Singham Again. He along with Ranveer and Rohit dropped a video while recalling how the biggest franchise started. The video begins with clips of Ajay Devgn from the first part of the Singham franchise- Singham (2011). The clips showcase Ajay coming out of a pond, moving out of a moving car, and beating the criminals in the city. The video also features Rohit's voice. He is heard saying, “Hamne shuruat ki, apne honsla badhaya."

It is then followed by glimpses of Singham Returns (2014) and Ranveer Singh's Simmba (2018). Rohit then adds, “Hamne dil se mehnat ki, apne gale se lagaya.” While the voiceover continues in the background, “Jab sab dare huye they, tab aapne hi sath nibhaya (referring to the Covid-19 pandemic) along with the visuals of the audience reacting to Akshay Kumar's Sooryavanshi (2021) in theatres. The film featured a cameo from Ajay as Singham and Ranveer as Simmba and tied the knots of Rohit’s cop universe.

Sharing the video, Ajay wrote on Instagram, "Tyohaar toh parivaar ke saath hi manaya jaata hai…milte hai iss Diwali. #SinghamAgain."

Singham Again trailer launch release date revealed

The video ends with Rohit saying that the next film of the cop universe, Singham Again will be out this Diwali. It also features the release date of the much-awaited trailer, October 7, 20204.

Soon after the video was shared online, fans couldn't stop gushing over it. One fan commented, "Blockbuster." Another fan wrote, "Can't wait Singham Again." Others were seen commenting, "Blockbuster loading" and dropping fire emojis.

Helmed by Rohit Shetty, Singham Again is the third part of the Singham franchise. Starring Ajay Devgn, Akshay Kumar, Deepika Padukone, Ranveer Singh, Tiger Shroff, Kareena Kapoor Khan, and Arjun Kapoor among others, the film is set to hit the theatres on Diwali this year. It will lock horns with Kartik Aaryan and Vidya Balan's Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3.
