The YouTuber is recently making headlines for slapping television actor Vishal Pandey for saying that he finds Armaan’s wife Kritika beautiful. Now, singer Armaan Malik has issued an official clarification for those speculating a familial connection between the singer and the YouTuber.

Singer Armaan Malik issues official statement

Taking to X (formerly known as Twitter), singer Armaan Malik wrote, “Hi everyone, I’ve been trying to overlook an issue for a while now, but it seems to be getting out of hand at this point and I have to address it.” He added that people are mistakenly tagging him thinking that they are the same person. He wrote, “A YouTuber creator, earlier known as Sandeep, later changed his name to Armaan Malik and is currently on the Bigg Boss OTT Season 3. This is causing a lot of confusion, with many people mistakenly tagging me and assuming we are the same person.”

Armaan concluded by saying that he has no connection to the individual inside the Bigg Boss house and does not endorse him and his lifestyle in any way. He wrote, “the situation is hampering my reputation and turning out to be misleading to so many people who have supported me over the years. While I can’t stop someone from changing their name and taking up the same as mine, I do request my own community to help me overcome this.”

In the end, Armaan requested netizens to stop tagging him in any posts related to the YouTuber. He captioned the post, “This had to be said.”
