Fans also celebrated Sidhu Moosewala’s birthday on Twitter and also asked for justice surrounding his brutal murder. The late singer’s family shared a heartwarming video on his special day remembering him with some childhood pictures and videos. Sidhu was shot down by unidentified assassins near his Mansa village in Punjab on May 29, 2022.
The incident took place a day after Sidhu Moosewala’s security was downgraded by the government to take action against the VIP culture in Punjab. Canada-based gangster Goldy Brar and the gang members of Lawrence Bishnoi have taken up the responsibility for the ‘Never Fold’ singer’s murder. The Punjab government is reportedly conducting an extensive probe for the singer’s assassination with the police officials also nabbing some of the alleged accused.

Earlier, Sidhu Moosewala’s father Balkaur Singh recently took to his late son’s social media account and said that he will not be contesting any elections and that he is still grieving for his son. He could be seen saying in Punjabi, “I’m the father of Sidhu Moose Wala . I wanted to tell you a few things. I’m very sad about what I’m seeing on social media. There are different rumors that are going on, don't believe that. I lost my son recently. I have no intention of contesting any elections. I’m the father of Sidhu Moose Wala.
