Businessman Raj Kundra will reportedly headline an untitled movie based on his 63-day-long jail experience in one of the most over-crowded Arthur Road Jail.
Shilpa Shetty’s husband Raj Kundra, who was arrested in July 2021 in connection with a pornography case, will be turning actor soon. If the latest reports are to be believed, the businessman will headline the movie based on a 63-day-long jail experience in one of the most over-crowded Arthur Road Jail.
Besides acting, Raj will also be creatively involved in all aspects of the upcoming untitled movie. “The film will present an account of all that Raj Kundra experienced through his tenure in one of most over-crowded Jail – Arthur Road Jail,” a source cited by the entertainment portal claimed. “The director’s name has been kept under wraps for now, but Raj Kundra will be creatively involved in all aspects – from production to script,” a source told Pinkvilla.
The source further added that the film will trace Raj’s journey from allegation to bail in the case. It is presently in the development stage and will go on floors soon. “It will trace the entire journey of Raj Kundra – from the first reports of the allegations to the media reporting, time spent in jail to the bail. It’s more of a story from Kundra and family’s point of view,” the source added. So far, Raj has not many official announcements about the same. The other details of the film regarding the director and producers are kept under wraps. However, it is also being reported that the film will may go on floors in the coming two months.

He was granted bail after almost two months of jail custody.
