Actor Shilpa Shetty has also joined hands with her husband, businessman Raj Kundra, to sport an LED face mask. On Saturday, they were both spotted wearing LED face masks. The two of them hid their faces while posing for the paparazzi.
In a video shared on social media by Viralbhayani, Raj Kundra can be seen helping Shilpa Shetty get out of the car, and after getting out of the car, both of them are seen walking towards the restaurant.
Reacting to the video, one of the fans wrote “Yeh toh dono muh chupa rahe hai (both of them are hiding their faces)”. Another fan also referred to them as the popular superhero cartoon Power Rangers and commented, “SPD emergency."
It can also be said that Shilpa Shetty is sporting this new look to promote Raj Kundra’s upcoming film UT 69, which is about Raj’s jail time. Earlier, Raj had been arrested in a case in 2021 related to pornography, for which he was sent to Mumbai’s Arthur Road Jail. It can be said to be one of the biggest controversies of the year. Raj, in the year 2022, had written to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) claiming that he was innocent and alleged that it was all the ‘personal vendetta’ of a businessman who connived with police officers to get him arrested. Kundra had also requested a probe into the case by the central agency and made a claim, saying the senior officers of the Mumbai Crime Branch were framing him.
On the work front, Shilpa Shetty was seen in the film Sukhee, which was released in September 2022. It was directed by Sonal Joshi. The film revolves around a homemaker, Sukhpreet Kalra, who decides to enjoy life on her own terms after being fed up with her monotonous life. Along with Shilpa Shetty, you can also see Kusha Kapila, Dilnaz Irani, Amith Sadh, and Chaitanya Choudhry playing important roles.
