Ayushmann Khurrana’s wife, Tahira Kashyap, has made her directorial debut with the film Sharmajee Ki Beti, which was released today (June 28) on Amazon Prime Video. The actor, a proud husband, took to social media to post never-before-seen pictures of Tahira and also penned a heartfelt note for her.

Ayushmann's note on Instagram read, “Every day there are more reasons to be awed by you, by your resilience, by your passion for life, for work, for family. Maybe this is why #SharmajeeKiBeti is such a heart-tugging story. The first picture that Ayushmann uploaded is of Tahira as a toddler with her parents. This is followed by a throwback picture of Ayushmann and Tahira. The third picture features Tahira with her two kids.
The actor concluded the post with words, “Ayushmann Khurrana a.k.a Tahira’s Husband.”
Tahira’s friends and fans took notice of the post and commented with multiple red heart emojis. Neeti Mohan wrote, “Thanks Ayush. We are so so so proud of You @tahirakashyap.”

The film premiered at the Jio Mami Mumbai Film Festival 2023 in the Gala Premiere category.
