Shaheen Bhatt marks the 'excellent month' of Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor's marriage with unseen pics from the wedding

A day after Alia Bhatt celebrate her one month wedding anniversary with husband Ranbir Kapoor in a special way, her sister Shaheen Bhatt has now shared some new clicks from the actress’ wedding. Shaheen shared unseen loved up pictures of Alia and Ranbir from their wedding festivities to celebrate the ‘excellent one month’ since the couple tied the knot on April 14.

In one picture, Ranbir Kapoor can been seen sweetly planting a kiss on Alia’s cheek as they get clicked with Shaheen and filmmaker Ayaan Mukerji who is close friend of the couple. In another click, Ranbir, Alia and Shaheen were caught in a candid happy moment at the wedding reception the newlyweds hosted at home.

Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor had an intimate wedding ceremony at the terrace of their home Vaastu on April 14 with only 40 of their closest friends and family in attendance. Apart from this, they were joined by a few friends from the industry as they partied with friends at a wedding bash also organised at their home on April 16. The wedding was preceded by a pooja at Alia Bhatt’s home and a mehendi ceremony at Vaastu.

After their marriage, Alia shared pictures from their homely wedding and shared a heartfelt where she had written, “Today, surrounded by our family and friends, at home … in our favourite spot - the balcony we’ve spent the last 5 years of our relationship - we got married. With so much already behind us, we can’t wait to build more memories together … memories that are full of love, laughter, comfortable silences, movie nights, silly fights, wine delights and Chinese bites. Thank you for all the love and light during this very momentous time in our lives. It has made this moment all the more special. Love, Ranbir and Alia.”

The newlywed actress had shared two unseen clicks on Saturday, May 14 to mark the one month of being married to Ranbir. Later, on the same evening, the couple was spotted marking the small milestone with a dinner date at Karan Johar ’s new restaurant.

Alia and Ranbir have been consistently busy since their wedding with work commitments. While Ranbir began shoot for Sandeep Reddy Vanga ’s Animal , Alia Bhatt resumed shoot for Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani . She will soon head off for the U.K. to commence work on her debut Hollywood film with Gal Gadot titled Heart of Stone.
