Some users are also comparing Shah Rukh’s interview to that of Mahesh while labeling the latter as being arrogant.

    Talking about the same, in a throwback interview, at a press conference, Shah Rukh Khan was asked whether he is open to working in Hollywood after being the biggest star in Bollywood. Shah Rukh had a modest and humble answer to the question which has left his fans in awe of him. The video had the Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge actor saying how he does not consider himself to be worthy of Hollywood.

    On this, Shah Rukh Khan had said, “My English is not good. If they give me a role of a dumb person who doesn’t speak maybe…” The actor further continued, “I mean I’m not trying to be modest but I think, I’m 42 years old, I’m a little brown, I don’t have any special USPs as an actor, I don’t have any specialty as an actor, I don’t know Kung-Fu, I don’t dance the Latin salsa, I’m not tall enough. I think anyone my age in the western world, I’ve seen some of the recent films in Europe, I have also seen a lot of the films about what you call the dream factory. I think there is no space for me, there is no place for me because I don’t think I’m that talented. I would like to continue to work in India and hopefully take Indian cinema to the world. That’s the ambition I have.”

    Some fans started sharing the same on social media and compared it with Mahesh Babu’s statement on Bollywood not being able to afford him. A fan also stated in the video, “Mahesh Babur should learn some lessons from Bollywood king Shah Rukh Khan.” However, some fans also defended the Sarkaru Vaari Patta star saying that he meant he will not get the same love and adulation that he has been receiving in the South film industry.
