Shah Rukh Khan's late night birthday celebration outside Mannat turns into a nightmare for some of his fans, here's how

Shah Rukh Khan’s birthday celebration yesterday (November 2) started with full swing right before the clock struck 12. Innumerable fans thronged outside his residence Mannat to wish him and were present till almost 2 am till the superstar had to ask them to leave since it was too late. Now, the latest development suggests that the event soon turned out to be a nightmare for some fans.

Yes, you heard that right! Shah Rukh’s birthday celebration turned out to be a looting ground as thieves stole the mobile phones of almost 17 fans who were amongst the hundreds of people gathered outside Mannat to wish SRK. The incident reportedly happened during the early hours of Thursday fans gathered in huge numbers to catch a glimpse of the Dilwale Dulhani Le Jayenge actor. According to a news report in Hindustan Times, the Bandra Police registered two separate offenses against unidentified people in connection to this theft case.

The report further stated that one of the cases was filed by a 23-year-old photographer who works for a newspaper. According to his complaint, he had come with his friends outside Mannat and joined the mammoth crowd. The complainant further added that he had realized around 12:30 a.m. that someone had stolen his phone from his pocket. He soon found out that many other people had their phones stolen in a similar manner after which he lodged a complaint in Bandra Police Station. After him, other fans of the Raees actor came forward to file their complaint. The police clubbed these complaints together and lodged an FIR against unidentified people.

Apart, from this another complaint was filed by a 24-year-old man who is a resident of Parel in Mumbai. In totality, the police have found out that phones have been stolen from 17 of Shah Rukh’s fans. The thefts took place despite a tight security outside Mannat on the occasion of the actor’s birthday. The Jawan actor also threw a birthday bash for the who’ who of the industry yesterday late night.
