Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan and these B-town biggies to be a part of Aamir Khan's daughter Ira's wedding reception

Aamir Khan’s daughter Ira Khan tied the knot with her longtime beau Nupur Shikhare with an intimate registry marriage in Mumbai’s Taj Lands End on January 3, 2024. The couple have headed off to Udaipur today (January 5) to kickstart their big fat wedding festivities which will take place between January 8 to 10, 2024. Now, the latest development suggests that the couple will host their wedding reception on January 13, 2024, which is said to be attended by the who’s who of the industry.

Talking about the same, according to a news report in Pinkvilla, Ira and Nupur’s wedding reception might be attended by the likes of Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan, Amitabh Bachchan, Karan Johar, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Akshay Kumar and other eminent members of the fraternity. The venue will be Mumbai’s BKC Jio Centre. The Ambani family will also be a part of the guest list. Earlier, Mukesh and Nita Ambani were also seen attending Ira and Nupur’s intimate wedding ceremony on Wednesday. One can also expect some big names from the South Indian film industry to attend the ceremony.

Meanwhile, Aamir, Ira, and Nupur along with the rest of their family members headed off to Rajasthan today (January 5) to begin their wedding festivities. The reports suggest that around 176 hotel rooms have been booked for the bride and groom’s families and guests. The wedding is expected to be attended by 260 people. The guests and relatives of the couple are expected to start arriving by January 7, 2024. The venue is said to be the lovely Taj Aravalli Resorts. Reportedly, the Laal Singh Chadha actor has booked a luxurious glass box suite for himself which boasts a lovely panoramic view of the scenic beauty.

Ira and Nupur’s registry marriage ceremony also grabbed several eyeballs especially because of their outfits. While the bride ditched the usual bridal lehenga with an embellished green blouse and dhoti pants along with flats and a watch, the groom turned up in a Ganji and shorts for the ceremony. While some netizens praised the simplicity of the duo, others trolled them for making an alleged mockery of the wedding rituals.
