Superstar Shah Rukh Khan is one of the most loved actors in the world. Time and again, he has charmed the audience with his solid performances and wit. Apart from his acting front, SRK has successfully ventured into production through his company called Red Chillies Entertainment. His company has produced several hit films that have made box office records. Shedding more light on his entrepreneurial skills and the tricks he follows, Shah Rukh Khan appeared at the Global Freight Summit in Dubai recently. On November 19, his manager Pooja Dadlani shared a clip from his interview on social media. He can be seen speaking about his motivation to become a producer.

Shah Rukh Khan reveals the reason behind becoming a producer

During a conversation at the Global Freight Summit in Dubai, when Shah Rukh was asked how he ventured into different fields like acting, production, and entrepreneurship among others. The actor gave a hilarious reply recalling a moment when he was once doing a film and he asked for a car with an electric window but the producer refused. Comically revealing an incident, King Khan said, “I was once doing this film and I asked for this electric window car because I had designed the scene like that. But the producer said that the car was okay and could not give me an electric window car. So in the scene, I am like this big guy but down there I am quickly turning the window down. That made me feel that I should produce my own films.”

Shah Rukh Khan on choosing acting as a profession

Speaking about making acting his profession, Shah Rukh said that when his parents passed away, he had no money and had studied different things. He added that when he ventured into television he got Rs 1500 which felt like a lot of money to him.

Recalling a heartfelt incident, Shah Rukh said that one day he was driving a three-wheeler and there were two ladies who were a little disturbed by life. The actor revealed that the moment his vehicle was next to theirs, they smiled and waved at him making him realize that this is what he wants to do, to make people happy.

On the work front, Shah Rukh Khan was last seen in Rajkumar Hirani’s Dunki. It also starred Taapsee Pannu, Boman Irani, and Vicky Kaushal in key roles. Next, he is all set to feature in Sujoy Ghosh's King alongside daughter Suhana Khan and Abhishek Bachchan.
