Shah Rukh Khan is all praise for trailer of daughter Suhana Khan's debut - The Archies, calls it a 'meaningful film'

Shah Rukh Khan took to his social media handle to pen a heartwarming note for the trailer of his daughter Suhana Khan’s debut film, The Archies. The movie has been helmed by Zoya Akhtar and will be released on Netflix. The proud father was all praises for Zoya’s direction in the same.

The superstar shared the trailer of the film but it was his message for the team which grabbed all the eyeballs. The Kuch Kuch Hota Hai actor wrote, “A contemporary subject with timeless characters #TheArchies… thrown into a world that is very fable-like. Zoya has created such an innocent and pristine quality to the film….maybe just like our world could be with a more responsible outlook towards the environment. All the best to the entire team involved with this sweet and meaningful fun film.” Take a look at the same.

Suhana was quick to react to the same saying, “Love you” with some red hearts and kisses emoji. When the first look of the movie was released last year in May, Shah Rukh had turned cheerleader for his loving daughter. He had stated, “And remember @suhanakhan2 you are never going to be perfect….but being yourself is the closest to that. Be kind and giving as an actor….the brickbats and applause is not yours to keep….the part of you that gets left behind on screen will always belong to you….u have come a long way baby….but the road to peoples heart is unending…..stride forth and make as many smile as you can. Apart from Suhana, The Archies also marks the debut of Agastya Nanda and Khushi Kapoor. The movie is based on the cult-classic Archies comics. It will be released on December 7, 2023.
