Shah Rukh Khan gives a shout-out to The Archies song Sunoh, praises Suhana Khan in a unique way
Taking to X, Shah Rukh Khan revealed his favourite line from The Archies song Sunoh and subtly praised her daughter Suhana Khan.

Shah Rukh Khan has been extending his support to his daughter Suhana Khan ever since her debut film The Archies was announced. The starlet is set to play the role of Veronica in the coming-of-age musical drama which is based on the American comic series The Archies. Yesterday, the makers unveiled the first song Sunoh, which features Suhana rolling around on skates in a fictional small town, Riverdale. Besides her, Agastya Nanda, Khushi Kapoor and other gang members’ characters are also introduced in the upbeat song.
While the song has been receiving positive reviews from all sides on social media, Shah Rukh also gave a shout-out and subtly praised her daughter Suhana Khan. Taking to his X(formerly known as Twitter), the superstar shared the song and wrote, “This is so quaint and beautiful the world of The Archies. Also, my motivation line for today is ‘Trading my shoes in for wheels under my feet’!(sic).” Soon after, fans chimed in to drop likes and comments. “'Suhana Khan nailed the roll like her father,” wrote a fan. For the unversed, The Archies is an upcoming musical drama directed by Zoya Akhtar and co-written by her, Reema Kagti and Ayesha Devitre Dhillon. Set in the 60s, the film follows the lives of the town's favourite set of teenagers. Besides Suhana, Agastya and Khushi, the film also has Yuvraj Menda, Mihir Ahuja, Dot and Vedang Raina in pivotal roles. Backed by Tiger Baby Productions, the film is set to stream on OTT giant Netflix on December 7, 2023.
Meanwhile, Shah Rukh is currently basking in the success of Jawan, directed by Atlee. Up next, he will be seen in Rajkumar Hirani’s Dunki alongside Taapsee Pannu. He also has Tiger Vs Pathaan in which he will feature opposite Salman Khan.
