Shah Rukh Khan announces son Aryan Khan’s debut project Stardom; series to release in 2025

Ever since Aryan Khan revealed that he has been working on his debut web series titled Stardom, there has been significant buzz around the project. Adding to the buzz, Aryan's father and Bollywood star Shah Rukh Khan recently announced that the ‘one of a kind’ project will release in 2025 in collaboration with Red Chillies Entertainment and Netflix India.

Taking to social media, Shah Rukh Khan shared a post, revealing that Aryan Khan’s debut project Stardom will be released in 2025 on Netflix. The post states, “This 2025: Netflix and Red Chillies Entertainment come together for a one of a kind series produced by Gauri Khan, created and directed by Aryan Khan.”

He captioned the post, “It’s a special day when a new story is being presented for the audience. Today is even more special as @RedChilliesEnt and Aryan Khan embark on their journey to showcase their new series on @NetflixIndia. Here’s to untamed story telling….controlled chaos…gutsy scenes and lots and lots of fun and emotions. Go forth and entertain people Aryan and remember, There’s No business like Show business!!”

The upcoming series, based on the Bollywood industry, will mark Netflix and Red Chillies Entertainment’s sixth collaboration, following the release of Alia Bhatt and Vijay Varma's comedy film Darlings, Bhumi Pednekar-starrer crime-drama Bhakshak, the cop-drama film Class of ’83, the zombie horror series Betaal and the spy thriller series Bard of Blood.

Elaborating on the exciting new project, Shah Rukh said, “We are excited to present this new series with Netflix that offers a refreshing look into the glamorous cinematic world and what it takes to succeed as an outsider. It’s a unique narrative brought to life by Aryan, many passionate minds and the team at Red Chillies Entertainment. This one’s going to be all heart, all hustle, and a whole lot of entertainment.”

Helmed by Aryan Khan and produced by Red Chillies Entertainment, Stardom will be a six-episode digital series with cameo appearances by Shah Rukh Khan, Ranbir Kapoor, Ranveer Singh, Karan Johar, and Bobby Deol.
