Sara Ali Khan opens up about Ibrahim Ali Khan’s Bollywood debut: ‘He won't drift from his chosen path’

Superstar Saif Ali Khan’s family is Bollywood royalty in every way. From his mother Sharmila Tagore and his sister Soha Ali Khan to his daughter Sara Ali Khan, everyone has made a niche for themselves in the Hindi film industry. Well, Sara’s baby brother is now all set to make his acting debut in Bollywood. No, we are not talking about the beloved Taimur Ali Khan. Sara’s brother Ibrahim Ali Khan, who was an assistant director on Karan Johar’s Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani, will soon begin his acting career with Dharma Productions’ upcoming film Sarzameen.

In a recent interview with ANI, Sara opened up about her brother’s exciting new journey in Bollywood. When asked if she would want to set an example for Ibrahim, as his senior in the industry, the actress replied, “No (I don't feel like setting an example for him). My brother is quite smart... it is his life, his luck and his talent. We both have been brought up in the same manner so I know he won't drift from his chosen path. And no matter how far you run, you will come back to yourself. That's what our mom (Amrita Singh) taught us.”

The beauty further shared that she hopes he maintains a balance in life and work, and sticks to his values. Sara went on to add, “He is a grounded child.” Well, we expect only the best from ‘Iggy Potter’. His drool worthy good looks have already made headlines, seeing that he is Saif’s carbon copy. But we can’t wait to be blown away by his acting skills as well, when he makes his much awaited debut as an actor. Apart from the star kid, KJo’s film Sarzameen also stars his favourite muse Kajol in a crucial role. The project is being directed by Boman Irani’s son Kayoze Irani.

Meanwhile, Sara is currently busy winning hearts with her recent releases Murder Mubarak and Ae Watan Mere Watan. Have you seen them yet?
