Salman Khan receives death threat via email, police authorities increase security measures around his residence
Salman Khan's security arrangement around his residence tightens after he receives a death threat via email.
The Mumbai police authorities have increased Salman Khan ’s security after he shockingly received death threats via email. An FIR under sections 506(2),120(b) & 34 of IPC has also been registered against gangsters Lawrence Bishnoi , Goldy Brar , and another person by the superstar’s associate at the Bandra Police Station. A video of the police security tightening around Salman’s house has also been going viral on social media.
The official Twitter handle of ANI stated, “Mumbai Police beefs up security outside actor Salman Khan's house after he received threats by email, Bandra Police registered a case under sections 506(2),120(b) & 34 of IPC. Earlier on Saturday, Mumbai Police booked jailed gangsters Lawrence Bishnoi, Goldie Brar & Rohit Garg for allegedly sending threatening emails to actor Salman Khan's office.”Take a look at the video of the security arrangement outside the actor's house.
According to reports, the email was sent by Rohit Garg who stated that gangster Lawrence Bishnoi wanted to talk to Salman Khan face-to-face. There was also a reference to Bishnoi’s recent interview wherein he grabbed attention after saying that wanting to kill Salman is his only life goal. The police authorities have now booked both Goldy and Lawrence in this case.
Earlier, Lawrence Bishnoi who is locked up in Tihar Jail had made headlines for stating that Salman Khan should ‘apologize’ and get ready to face the consequences. For the unversed, this was in relation to the actor’s blackbuck case wherein he a case was filed against him for allegedly killing a blackbuck in Rajasthan during the shooting of Hum Saath Saath Hain. Bishnoi’s angry statement against the actor back then said, “There is anger in our society for Salman Khan. He humiliated my society. A case was filed against him but he did not apologize. If he does not tender an apology, be ready to face the consequences. I will not depend on anyone else. There is anger in my mind for him since childhood. Will break his ego sooner or later. He should come to our deity's temple and apologize. If our society forgives, then I will not say anything" For the unversed, Salman Khan and his father Salim Khan had also received a death threat last year after which they had received a Y+ security by the government.
