Salman Khan and Salim Khan receive death threat; letter says ‘tumahra Moosewala hoga’
Salman Khan’s father Salim Khan found an unsigned letter on the same bench at Mumbai’s Bandra Bandstand promenade on which he sits every day after his walk.
A week ago on 29th May, the news of Punjabi singer and politician Sidhu Moosewala’s death left the people of our country shocked. He was shot dead near his village in Mansa district soon after government curtailed his security. Canada-based gangster Goldy Brar took the responsibility of this brutal assassination and also claimed that gangster Lawrence Bishnoi was involved in the murder. As most of us remember, back in 2018 Bishnoi had threatened to kill Bollywood superstar Salman Khan over the infamous blackbuck poaching case.

Buzz suggested that Salman’s security had been tightened after Moosewala’s assassination, but these reports were soon waved off as rumors. Meanwhile, Bishnoi is currently in the Tihar jail. Well, in a shocking turn of events, Salman and his father Salim Khan have now received a death threat. A report shared by India Today revealed that that an unsigned letter addressed to the father-son duo was found by Salim at Mumbai’s Bandra Bandstand promenade, on the same bench that he sits on every day post his walk.
The writer and filmmaker was accompanied by his two bodyguards, one of whom noticed the letter on the bench on Sunday. The threat letter, which has now been handed over to the police, read: “Salim Khan Salman Khan bahot jald tumahra Moosewala hoga k.G.B.L.B.” Salman’s father contacted the police through his security guard, recorded his statement and an offence was registered under the IPC for criminal intimidation.
Maharashtra home department has now actually beefed up security around Salman and Salim Khan. We hope things get sorted out soon!
