RRR trailer launch: Alia Bhatt can't stop blushing when asked if the letter 'R' is her lucky factor, says 'I am stumped.. I am trying to be intelligent'

The trailer of S.S. Rajamouli’s long awaited RRR was launched at an event in Mumbai today with the cast and the filmmaker in attendance. Alia Bhatt who stars in the film as Sita graced the trailer launch event in a flaming red saree alongside Ajay Devgn, Ram Charan and Jr. NTR. The actress who is dating Ranbir Kapoor was left speechless at the RRR trailer launch when a media person asked her if the letter ‘R’ was lucky for her.

Alia couldn’t help but blush while her contemporaries on stage were all silently smiling when the question was posed to the actress. The was question was not so subtly aimed at her relationship with Ranbir and Alia took a minute before she responded, “I am stumped.. mere pass jawab nahi hai.. I am trying to be intelligent.. I am trying to be intelligent.. I don’t have a good answer.” After a beat she further added with a smileand a nod, “Ahhh.. ji.. ‘R’ is a lovely alphabet but so is ‘A’.”

Ranbir and Alia have been dating for nearly three years and it has been rumoured that they will be tying the knot next year.” For now, the couple is busy with their individually projects. Alia recently wrapped up the Delhi schedule of her film Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani helmed by Karan Johar and returned to Mumbai. The film RRR marks Alia’s Tollywood debut.
