Richa Chadha and Ali Fazal welcome baby girl - 'We are tickled pink with joy to...'

Touted to be one of Bollywood’s most loved and adored couples, Richa Chadha and Ali Fazal have now become proud parents of a baby girl. The announcement of the good news was shared with the media by her media representatives.

In a statement to the media, it was written as, ‘Richa Chadha and Ali Fazal announce the arrival of their baby girl. We are tickled pink with joy to announce the arrival of a healthy baby girl on 16.07.24! Our families are over joyed and we thank our well-wishers for their love and blessings!” Love, Richa Chadha and Ali Fazal’.

Readers may recall that, just a couple of days back, Richa Chadha had posted a bunch of stunning pics from the maternity shoot. At the same time, she had also turned off the comments section. After posting the pics from the maternity shoot, Richa Chadha had captioned the same as, ‘What can a love so pure bring forth into the world, but a beam of light?’.

She continued, ‘Thank you for being my partner on this incredible journey @alifazal9 , through this lifetime and many more, through starlights and galaxies… thank you for getting genius @ridburman to shoot us in our natural habitat@gulati.kanika May we bring forth a warrior of light, a child of compassion, empathy, healing and above all love. Ameen!’.

She had then, wrapped up the post with a couple of powerful shlokas (which was written in Sanskrit). It read as, “Om purnamadah purnamidam purnat purnamudachyate purnasya purnamadaya purnamevavashisyate”.

On the professional front, Ali Fazal was recently seen in the third season of the most watched web series Mirzapur, wherein he was seen in the role of Guddu Pandit. On the other hand, Richa Chadha showed her acting prowess in the Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s magnum opus ‘Heeramandi: The Diamond Baazar’. Both, Richa Chadha and Ali Fazal were appreciated for their respective roles.
