Rhea Kapoor video chats with new mommy Sonam Kapoor, Varun Dhawan grooves with baratis at Kunal Rawal-Arpita Mehta's wedding; Watch

New mommy Sonam Kapoor could not attend the star-studded wedding of fashion designers Kunal Rawal and Arpita Mehta. But her doting sister Rhea Kapoor made sure that she gets to watch each and every festivity closely via video chat. The white-themed-wedding took place on Sunday in Mumbai and was attended by a slew of Bollywood celebrities including Arjun Kapoor with girlfriend Malaika Arora, Shahid Kapoor with his wife Mira, Varun Dhawan with his wife Natasha Dalal, Rhea and her cousin sister Anshula Kapoor.

A few hours ago, Rhea shared a video offering glimpses from the lavish wedding of Kunal and Arpita on her Instagram handle. In the short video, Varun, dressed in a white kurta pajama, can be seen grooving with the groom and baratis. While his beautiful wife Natasha can be spotted smiling behind him. Further, Rhea can be seen sitting with Anshula and talking to Sonam, who is on the video call. For those unaware, Sonam recently gave birth to a baby boy and currently taking rest at her home.

Sharing the video, Rhea wrote, “He did it. @kunalrawaldstress made the best decision of his life and married @arpita__mehta Turning the page to the next chapter in your life is always that much sweeter when surrounded by (love)Congratulations both of you!” Soon after, Rhea’s aunt Maheep Kapoor, and others dropped red heart emojis on her post. While one of the fans noticed Sonam in the video and wrote, “Sonam's cameo” Another commented, “I wish Sonam was there”.

Earlier, Rhea gave the first glimpse of her newborn nephew. She broke down on meeting the beautiful baby boy when she visited Sonam along with their mother Sunita Kapoor. Sharing the photo, she wrote, “Rhea masi is not ok. The cuteness is too much. The moment is unreal. I love you @sonamkapoor the bravest mommy and @anandahuja the most loving dad. Special mention new nani @kapoor.sunita #mynephew💙 #everydayphenomenal.” Meanwhile, Sonam and Anand Ahuja became proud parents of a baby boy on August 20th.
