    After the shocking attack in Reasi by the terrorists, many Bollywood celebs like Varun Dhawan, Anupam Kher, Kangana Ranaut and others took to social media and expressed their strong condemnation towards it

    Today morning, the whole of India woke up to what one would call it as the most ghastly attack on the pilgrims who had gone to pray at the religious Vaishno Devi temple. A bunch of armed terrorists started firing on the bus which was carrying pilgrims in Jammu and Kashmir's Reasi district. These pilgrims, who were aboard on a Yatri bus, which was coming from the Ransoo area of district Reasi, were attacked by a group of militants.

    In no time, the social media was filled with messages of condolences for the departed and get well soon messages for those who were injured. Bollywood, on its part, strongly condemned the entire incident.

    Bollywood actress cum Member of Parliament (MP) Kangana took to social media and wrote, “I strongly condemn the cowardly terrorist attack on the pilgrims in Reasi, Jammu & Kashmir. I pray for the departed and hope for the swift recovery of the injured. Om shanti.”

    On the other hand, Varun Dhawan posted, stating, “Devastated by the horrific attack on innocent pilgrims in Reasi. I strongly condemn this cowardly terrorist act. Praying for the departed souls. My condolences to the victims and their families. Om Shanti.” 

    The veteran actor Anupam Kher took to social media and posted the heart-breaking photographs of the innocent victims and captioned the post stating, ‘Angry, Pained and Saddened by the cowardly attack on pilgrims in Reasi. Jammu! May Almighty give the loved ones of victims the strength to bear the pain and loss. Prayers for the speedy recovery of the injured. #ReasiAttack #AllEyesOnReasi’.

    There was also the filmmaker Siddharth Anand who took to social media and posted a photograph which had the caption that read, ‘Despicable. Evil. Unpardonable. Innocent pilgrims. Children. Murdered by COWARDS’.

    Speaking to the media personnel about the shocking attack, Mohita Sharma Reasi Senior Superintendent Of Police (SSP) said that, it was because of this attack, the driver of the bus lost control and which resulted in the bus falling into a deep gorge near Kanda area of Pouni. This shocking incident claimed the lives of nine people and had left 33 others injured.
