Bollywood couple Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh are getting ready to welcome their first child together in September. Recently, Deepika and Ranveer attended the sangeet ceremony for Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant for which Deepika wore a beautiful purple saree. She posted pictures of herself wearing it on her Instagram handle. Now, Ranveer’s comment on the social media post has grabbed everyone’s attention.

Deepika shared a collection of pictures in a purple saree that she recently wore at Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant’s sangeet ceremony. She captioned the post, “Just…coz its a Friday night & wants to party!!!”

Deepika posted these pictures today (July 6), which is Ranveer Singh’s birthday. Reacting to the post, Ranveer wrote, “Hayyyye! my beautiful birthday gift! I love you.”

In the pictures, Deepika is seen flaunting her baby bump. Reacting to it, one user wrote, “Mother is mothering,” while another wrote, “Glowing Mumma...God bless u and your child.”

Deepika styled the purple saree with smokey eyes, sharp winged eyeliner, statement accessories, matte brown lips and a sleek bun.

In a video from the sangeet ceremony, Ranveer is seen shaking a leg on the song No Entry on stage. For his performance, the actor wore a sequined silver vest, paired with ripped denim jeans, black sunglasses and a ponytail.

Deepika and Ranveer announced the news of their pregnancy in February this year and revealed that the baby will be born in September. Since the announcement, Deepika has rarely made public appearances and was last seen going to the movies with Ranveer in Mumbai.

On the work front, Deepika recently featured alongside Amitabh Bachchan, Prabhas and Disha Patani in Kalki 2898 AD. The film became a blockbuster hit at the box office, earning more than Rs 700 crore worldwide.

Ranveer, on the other hand, will be seen in Rohit Shetty’s next film, Singham Again, alongside Ajay Devgn, Deepika Padukone, Arjun Kapoor, Kareena Kapoor Khan, and others.
