Ranbir Kapoor, one of the leading actors in Bollywood, made his acting debut with Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Saawariya. The actor who turns 42 today (September 28) has featured in popular films such as Wake Up Sid, Ajab Prem Ki Ghazab Kahani, Anjaana Anjaani, and Rockstar, among others. Luck by Chance

After making his acting debut, Ranbir Kapoor made his first cameo appearance in Zoya Akhtar’s debut film, Luck by Chance. The film, which portrays the tale of Vikram Jaisingh, showcased the dark realities of the Bollywood industry. In one sequence, Ranbir makes a special appearance, playing himself, trying to refuse a film offered by a big producer.

Bhoothnath Returns

Ranbir made his second cameo appearance in the horror comedy film Bhoothnath Returns, which starred Amitabh Bachchan. In one sequence, Ranbir plays the role of an actor who tells his assistant that he cannot hear him and after a few seconds of discussion with him, he asks the assistant to leave everything behind and get his voter ID made.

One of the most popular cameo appearances in Bollywood was made by Ranbir in the Aamir Khan-starrer PK. At the end of the film, PK (an alien) comes back to Earth on a spaceship and along with him brings his friend, played by Ranbir.

Love Per Square Foot

In Anand Tiwari’s 2018 released film Love Per Square Foot, Ranbir plays the role of Vicky Kaushal’s neighbour. In a scene, he is standing on a terrace, wearing a white undershirt, paired with shorts and a piece of cloth used as a cape, mimicking Superman. As he is standing on the terrace, brushing his teeth, he is spotted by Vicky who smiles at him.

Govinda Naam Mera

Ranbir’s cameo as himself in Kiara Advani and Vicky Kaushal starrer Govinda Naam Mera is quite popular. In the scene, Ranbir meets Kiara and Vicky who are portraying the role of background dancers. After approaching Ranbir, the couple shows him the alternative hook step they have developed for the song.
