Ram Charan opens up about his Hollywood debut after RRR's Oscar win, says 'sabka nazar nahi lagna chahiye'

Ever since Ram Charan starrer RRR ’s song Naatu Naatu won big at Oscars 2023, there has been a lot of buzz about his Hollywood debut. Speculations are rife that the actor has been offered a Hollywood project but it is soon to confirm about the same. In the recent media interaction, the actor has said that he is in process and cannot say anything about it at the moment. He quoted his mother’s sayings, ‘sabka nazar nahi lagna chahiye’ and kept the details under wraps.
At India Today Conclave 2023, the RRR star was asked whether it is true that he is going to act in a Hollywood film. He replied, “We are working for it, it’s too early for me to say something. But your predictions will come true, give me blessings that I make it happen. My mom says, ‘sabka nazar nahi lagna chahiye’. He continued, “Who doesn’t wishes to work in every industry where your talent is appreciated, so for that reason I want to work.”
The Naatu Naatu song from SS Rajamouli’s directorial RRR recently won the Best Original Song at the 95th Academy Awards. The team including Ram, Jr NTR, SS Rajamouli, and others cheered for music composer MM Keeravani as he held the trophy at the event. The song was also performed at the show, and it received standing ovation by the audience. Besides RRR, Guneet Monga’s produced documentary The Elephant Whisperers won the Best Documentary short at the Oscars too.
Coming back to Ram Charan, the actor is currently shooting for his next with S. Shankar for RC15. The film also has Kiara Advani, Anjali, S. J. Suryah and Jayaram in the lead roles. It is also being reported that he will be seen in two distinct avatars in the upcoming movie.
