One celebrity couple that took us by surprise when they announced their relationship on social media is actress Rakul Preet Singh and her filmmaker beau Jackky Bhagnani. They made things Instagram official in 2021 and left us gushing over how adorable they are together.

While the two have never spoken about marriage in public, every now and then rumours of their grand wedding do the rounds. In her latest interview, Rakul even cracked a joke about an old report which had suggested that she and Jackky will tie the knot in November 2022. In a chat with Dainik Bhaskar, when asked if she looks herself up on the internet, the actress replied, “That comes on Google Alert (I do not have to search for it separately). There are articles about me every week. By the way, I was supposed to get married in November last year. I just want to ask 'how was it?'.”

She went on to reveal, “I do Google about food, and the number of calories my food has. I mostly read about food, calories and health.” Well, Jackky and Rakul shared the news of being in love with their fans and followers when they were ready. It’s best to patiently wait for them to announce their wedding the same way. Meanwhile on the work front, Rakul is currently busy soaring high on the success of her film Chhatriwali, which released last month. The social comedy, which promotes awareness about safe sex and male contraceptives, received rave reviews. Rakul’s performance was also lauded by fans as well as critics.
