    Janhvi Kapoor has parted with a Juhu based triplex she bought in 2020 for Rs. 39 crores and the new owner is her Roohi co-star Rajkummar Rao.

    Janhvi Kapoor has made hefty profits off her Roohi co-star Rajkummar Rao after the latter purchased an apartment previously owned by her. The actress who had purchased he triplex in 2020 has reportedly sold of the property located in Juhu-Vile Parle Scheme.

    The actress owned three floors in a high-rise building Lotus Aarya, reportedly spread over an area of 4,144 sq ft. The Dhadak actress had shelled out Rs. 39 crores back in December 2020 to acquire the property.

    Janhvi, however, continued lived with her father Boney Kapoor and sister Khushi Kapoor at their Lokhandwala residence.

    The actress has now parted with the property which seemed to have been purchased for investment purposes alone. The new owner of the triplex now is Rajkummar Rao, who has worked with the actress in the horror comedy Roohi.

    The actor shelled out big bucks to acquire this property located at a prime location in Mumbai where superstars like Amitabh Bachchan, Ajay Devgn Anil Kapoor also reside. Rajkummar has reportedly paid Rs. 44 crores to buy the triplex from Janvhi, nearly a year an a half after the actress had first bought the apartment.

    The purchase by Rajkummar Rao is being reported as one of the most expensive residential deals in the country. The actor currently resides in a luxurious apartment in Andheri in the building Oberoi Springs with wife Patralekha.

    It is yet not known whether Rajkummar will be moving into the swanky new triplex with Patralekha and if so when.

    On the work front, Rajkummar was recently in the thriller HIT: The first case. The film failed to attract audiences to cinemas, however, Rajkummar’s stint as a cop in the film was unanimously hailed by the critics.
