'Pehle acting ka matlab samjho' : Ananya Panday gets mercilessly trolled for her 'Hollywood scene' in Liger

It is not a hidden fact that Vijay Deverakonda and Ananya Panday ’s Liger have failed drastically to meet the expectations of the fans. Not only has it received deplorable reviews from the critics and masses alike but the box office collections are also extremely underwhelming. Now a scene from the movie featuring Ananya Panday has been going viral wherein her character says that she is going to Hollywood to expand her acting career. No sooner did the scene go viral, than the Twitterati started a troll fest criticizing the actress’ performance in the same.

Talking about the same, one of the netizens stated, “Struggler didi pehle acting ka meaning samjlo. Hollywood ka baad me dekhlenge. What made writer's of this film to write such dialogue for this garbage nepo product.” While another user added, “Like Seriously. Pehle Bollywood Main Dhang Se Acting Karlo Behen.” Another user stated, “Ananya Panday is a joke and an embarrassment to Indian Cinema. Her acting in #Liger is primitive, emotionless, forced. All the characters she has played have the exact same vibe, structure.” A user also said how the Student Of The Year 2 actress didn’t have any chemistry with Vijay Deverakonda in the movie. The tweet read, “Ananya Panday's acting was horrid. Even cringe would cringe at her performance. First of all she looks too young, like a 14 or 15 year old. This made her scenes with Vijay Devarakonda look odd. There was no chemistry between the lead pair.” Take a look at the tweets.

A user went on to say that Ananya Panday should take retirement from acting already. The post said, “Hello Ananya Panday you should take volunteer retirement from acting in movies ... there is lot of talented people are waiting to get a chance, why you and your God father Karan Johar blocking their ways.” Liger has also become one of the lowest-rated IMDB films in Indian cinema with a current rating of 2.9.
