Bollywood actor Parineeti Chopra and AAP leader Raghav Chadha are going to get hitched for life as the couple is set to knot today (September 24) in Udaipur. The wedding festivities began with Ardas, mehendi and Sufi night in Delhi followed by the Haldi and Sangeet ceremony in Udaipur. Today, the bride and groom side are geared up for the main ceremony. The bride’s Chooda ceremony will take place at Leela Palace at 1 pm, while the groom’s Sehrabandi ceremony is scheduled for the same at Taj Lake Palace today.

The families and friends arrived in Udaipur along with the soon-to-be-married couple on Friday. Rooms have been booked for over 200 guests in luxury hotels amid tight security arrangements.
The guests like Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, and Bollywood actress Bhagyashree among others already reached the wedding destination on Saturday. While fashion designer Manish Malhotra, Tennis player Sania Mirza and cricketer Harbhajan Singh landed in Udaipur today to grace the wedding. Karan Johar is also expected to arrive soon. Priyanka Chopra skipped all major functions so far due to work commitments.

For the big day, Parineeti has opted for Manish Malhotra’s lehenga while Raghav will be wearing Pawan Sachdeva’s designs. The entire theme for the wedding has been kept subtle and non-flashy. Meanwhile, the couple have known each other for several years. They became friends while studying in London, and their bond grew stronger over time. They got engaged in May in Delhi’s Kapurthala house in the presence of close friends and family.
