Nushrratt Bharuccha releases her first official statement after reaching India, thanks Indian Government
Bollywood actress Nushrratt Bharuccha released her first official statement on social media after returning to India. She expressed her gratitude to the Indian government, the Indian Embassy and the Israeli Embassy.

Bollywood actor Nushrratt Bharuccha was stuck in Israel amid the ongoing war between Israel and Palestine. Nushrratt had gone to Israel to attend the HAIFA film awards and was back in India on October 8th. The news of Nushrratt’s situation in Israel had caused concern and fear among her fans, who were praying for her safety. When the actor arrived at the airport, she was mobbed by media. In one of the videos that went viral Nushrratt can be seen getting teary-eyed and saying she wants to go home.
After two days, the actor has now released a video of herself expressing her gratitude. She can be heard saying, “Hey everyone, I wanted to say thank you to everyone for their messages, their prayers, and their wishes. I’m back, I’m home, I’m safe, I’m fine.” She can also be seen expressing the fear she faced when she was in Israel, citing her experience and how overwhelming it was for her. She went on to share, “We are so fortunate to be in this country; we are protected, and we are safe”. She also expressed her gratitude to the Indian government, the Indian Embassy and the Israeli Embassy.
The actor has also shared a public statement on her social media handle, expressing in detail her experience in Israel. The statement reads, “The last week will forever remain etched in my memory as a rollercoaster ride of emotions, the final 36 hours of which will remain the most unforgettable and daunting of my life.” In the statement, Nushrratt recalls how her phone battery was low and how they were also losing network. Her statement reads, “Our phone batteries were fast running out, and we were also beginning to lose call network.”

In the end of her statement, she expressed her gratitude on reaching home safely. She also expressed gratitude towards her fans and well-wishers for their wishes and prayers.
