Not Shah Rukh Khan, but Ranveer Singh to have a cameo in Aryan Khan’s Stardom after Ranbir Kapoor? Here’s what we know

After a self hiatus, which was quite tough for his fans, Bollywood’s king Shah Rukh Khan made his comeback on the silver screen with Pathaan this year. While he gears up to blow us away with his upcoming back to back releases, his daughter Suhana Khan is getting ready for her much awaited debut. She will soon begin her journey in the Hindi film industry with Zoya Akhtar’s The Archies. Another Khan in the family who is also making his debut soon is SRK’s eldest son Aryan Khan. Unlike Suhana, who is making her career in acting, Aryan is getting into the director’s chair with his upcoming web series Stardom.

We already know that Bollywood heartthrob Ranbir Kapoor will be making a special appearance in the six-part series, which stars Lakshya Lalwani in the lead. Filmmaker Karan Johar also has a special cameo. But it was recently revealed that Aryan’s star father SRK won’t be a part of this project, even though the superstar was eager to join his son. The debut director reportedly does not want to invite unnecessary comments about privileges of being a star kid. Instead, the latest report shared by Mid Day has now revealed that after Ranbir and KJo, Ranveer Singh has shot for a cameo in Aryan’s upcoming series.

A source was quoted saying, “Karan and Ranveer reported on the set around 2 pm. The duo shot for a grand party sequence at Imperial Palace Hotel in Goregaon. The filming went on for the next eight hours, with the cast and crew calling it a day only by 10 pm.” Even though we are disheartened to know that Shah Rukh isn’t a part of this project, we are quite excited to see Ranbir and Ranveer directed by Aryan.

Just this morning, Farhan Akhtar introduced Ranveer as the new Don with an impressive teaser of Don 3. Bollywood’s livewire clearly has an envious line up with so many exciting projects in his kitty!
